2025 Earth Day Celebration at Greenfield
Earth Day was celebrated at Greenfield Park hosted by Greenfield Lancaster in partnership with Lancaster Conservancy.
Guests were able to create custom seed packets to their liking. A sorting game could be played where one matched like items such as rocks, leaves, soil or water.
There was a rock painting station where river rocks could be painted with inspiration sayings or scenes of flowers.
There were education stations where you could meet and connect with local companies such as the Lancaster Conservancy, Compost Co-Op, High Associates Property Services, Native Plant Society, Gardens Gone Native, local author, Lisa Doseff and Lancaster Conservancy Community Wildlife Habitat all participated on the day set to honor Mother Earth.
Nick Andrew Staver, an American Roots & Blues songwriter, entertained the crowd with his music as people strolled about.
